Revival Floatation Centre is Cardiff’s space for nervous system recovery, deep rest and mindful wellbeing. Since opening in 2019, we’ve grown from a space with a single floatation tank into a full restorative studio offering floatation therapy, infrared sauna, pressotherapy and full-body chair massage. Revival is a safe space to slow down, disconnect from the noise of everyday life and return to yourself - where stress eases, sleep improves and your mind and body can rest.
