Please read and understand the following terms and conditions. Bookings are subject to the following conditions:

1. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the time and date of your float session. No refunds will be issued if you cancel within 24 hours of your session.  

2. You must not enter the site under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Revival Floatation Centre Ltd reserves all rights and power to refuse your entry to the site. 

3. You can not float if you suffer from incontinence, serious heart disease, epilepsy or chronic kidney disease 

4. Because you are alone during your float session, you must be physically able to climb in and out of the float tank yourself 

5. You must be 18 years or older to float. You may be asked for identification on arrival. 

6. Everyone’s experience while floating will vary. You are not entitled to a refund if you don’t have a pleasant experience. 

7. For hygiene reasons, you can not float if you are menstruating 

8. You have expressly agreed to participate in a Revival Floatation Centre float session at your own risk 

9. Revival Floatation Centre Ltd shall not be held liable or responsible for any loss of your personal belongings or personal property, either within the site or outside of site. Please take your belongings into the float room with you. All items left on the premises are done so at your own risk. 

10. Revival Floatation Centre Ltd recommends that clients arrive 10 minutes before your session begins. 

11. Revival Floatation Centre Ltd will accommodate for lateness where possible but reserves the right to cancel the booking 20 minutes after the booking time slot. 

12. Eating or drinking soon before your session may affect the floating experience and your ability to relax while in the float tank. 

13. Revival Floatation Centre Ltd is entitled to charge the guests for any damage which is intentional or caused by misuse of items. 

14. Revival Floatation Centre Ltd will not tolerate any kind of harassment towards its employees and reserves the right to eject you from the premises without compensation. 

15. Only person(s) who are at least 18 years of age are permitted to book a session. 

16. It is your sole responsibility to check that any sessions issued to you are accurate. You are entirely responsible for entering your details correctly on the online booking system. 

17. Revival Floatation Centre Ltd may contact you from time to time with offers and promotions via email, phone or text, unless you state otherwise. 

18. While we try to ensure the customer experience is flawless at Revival Floatation Centre Ltd, should you have any complaints, please mention it at the reception on the day or drop us an email. We will endeavour to respond to your email within 24 hours and work the issue through to a satisfactory conclusion.
